Sitters can stay in your home for as long as they need, this has to be agreed with the homeowner and signed on the agreement form.
Yes, this is possible if you contact our team at peaceofmindsits@outlook.com or request a date extension with your sitter. Payment will be taken upon agreement with the extended date.
Peace of Mind sitters are all insured and identity-checked.
Not necessarily, although you can request a specific sitter to return for repeated sits.
All of our Peace of Mind Sits sitters are given basic pet care information which includes handling of medication and actions to take in the case of an emergency.
In the case of an emergency, your allocated sitter will contact you immediately using the contact number provided in the agreement form. The sitter and homeowner can discuss the best way to handle the emergency.
Absolutely! We are very passionate about giving home & pet sitters peace of mind while they’re away. We Identity check all sitters and ensure they have experience & passion for what they do.
You can cancel for FREE up to 48hrs ahead. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price or 100% for not showing up.
We recommend booking your service as early as possible so we can allocate the right Peace of Mind Sits sitter to you!
You will need to take into account our cancellation policy if you are booking 48hrs before or less.
